A small operation,
honestly run.
Kyros is a business unit of Forest Coffee, a green-bean importer with direct relationships in Tolima. We bring those beans to your doorstep, roasted in the United States, with the receipts.

A supply chain you can name.
We buy from a cluster of small-holder farms in Colombia's Tolima department. Cool nights, volcanic soil, slow ripening. We pay 40% above the C-market price because consistency depends on the grower coming back next harvest.
Forest Coffee, our parent operation, has been working in this region since 2018. Kyros is the consumer-facing label: the same coffee, packaged for the end of the chain.
Cherry → cup,
documented at each step.
Picked at peak ripeness. Sorted on the wet mill. Dried on raised beds. Cupped at origin and again at our US partner roastery. Tested by an independent lab before any bag leaves the building.

“We're not the cheapest coffee. We're the one that doesn't require you to take anything on faith.”
A letter, on Tuesdays.
Harvest dates, lab results, and the occasional long-form essay on coffee supply chains. No discounts. No urgency.
