    Five proofs.
    No exceptions.

There are great single-origin coffees. There are coffees with lab reports. There are roasters who ship fresh. We've yet to find another that does all of it on every bag.

    01

    Specialty grade, scored.

Every lot we buy scores 84 or higher on the SCA scale, cupped by certified Q graders. We publish the score on each bag and share the full cupping notes on request.

    02

    Single-origin, named.

Tolima, Colombia. Specific farms, specific altitudes, specific harvests. No blends of unknown origin, no mystery green sourced from a broker's spreadsheet.

    03

    Lab-tested, every lot.

Ochratoxin A, aflatoxins, lead, cadmium, arsenic. Every lot goes to an independent lab, separate from us and our supplier, before it ships. The report is published online per lot.

    04

    Nothing added.

Coffee, and only coffee. No flavorings, no oils, no fillers, no proprietary blend of 'natural and artificial' anything.

    05

    Roasted to order.

We roast your bag after you order and ship it within 3 business days of roasting. We don't sit on inventory and you shouldn't either.

    The receipt

    Proof, not promise.

Every bag leaves the roaster with a lot number. That number maps to a certificate of analysis, a roast profile, a green-bean origin sheet, and a cupping score. If we can't produce the paperwork, we don't ship it.

Black Condor Farm, La Roma Estate, Tolima, Colombia (2025)
Black Condor Farm · Tolima·Named farm, named lot. Each lot goes to an independent lab for ochratoxin A, aflatoxins and heavy metals, and the certificate of analysis is published before it ships.
