Deep Sleep Decaf
Deep Sleep Decaf starts with high-altitude coffees from Tolima, Colombia, grown between 1,500 and 2,000 MASL, where slower cherry maturation builds natural sweetness and structure into the bean. The coffee is then decaffeinated in Colombia using the sugarcane (EA) process, a method derived from fermented sugarcane that gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee's original flavor profile. Because the process takes place at origin, the coffee maintains greater freshness and traceability compared to traditional decaffeination methods performed abroad. The result is a cup that remains full and expressive, with notes of chocolate, caramel, and soft nuttiness, and a smooth, balanced finish. No compromise, just a different moment of the day.
